SeafSoft is designed and developed by a team of professionals with extensive knowledge of Seafood Industry. The Application has been designed flexible enough to adapt to different styles of operations. It is offered as different modules to cater for the needs of Seafood Packers, Buyers, Buying Agents, Traders, Trawler Operators and Aquaculture Farmers. The fully integrated modules can be selected based on the user requirements.
This software is specifically built for the Seafood Industry. This gives the extra edge in catering to the unique requirements such as Grades, Counts, Glaze etc. and the different processes for different species.
The software provides the Lot-wise Inventory, cost, yield and traceability information in real-time at every stage, and can be integrated with external applications as required.

Factory module covers all activities from Purchase of Raw material, Collection and transportation to factory, Pre-Processing, Processing and Freezing, Cold Storage and shipment.

This module keeps track of all the trade inquiries received from Buyers or Buying Agents and the offers made by the packer. It helps simplify the negotiation process by highlighting the mismatches in prices by Grades.

The software provides the most accurate cost of the items, be it Raw materials, WIP items or Finished products. The in-built cost accounting module uses the Absorption Costing method to compute the cost taking all direct and indirect costs at every stage.

“SeafSoft – TraceSmart” is a dynamic, highly flexible, scalable system, which uses block chain architecture. It can be used as Stand-alone module or integrated with SeafSoft-ERP or any other existing systems in use
by Packers.

This module can be used by Buying Agents, as a stand-alone module to keep track of all the offers and enquiries, and to trace and negotiate efficiently

This module handles the operational details of vessels at each voyage, and captures the expenses associated
with each voyage, including the landing centre expenses. Thus, it can provide the most accurate cost of the catch.

This module covers the operations and monitoring of the costs involved in Aquaculture stages.

Apart from functionality for Inventory Adjustments, there is also option for input of Local Sales or Local Purchase, which will reflect stock as well as in Accounts Receivable / Payable.
